"DC Food Project was launched in 2018 to help school children and their families get additional food during the school day and over the weekends when school meals are not available to them."

The Covid-19 Emergency has Compounded these issues and now 1 in 3 Children, right here in the Nations Capital, struggle with Food insecurity.
